How it works
Pickup Spot is local pickup only — reserve online and collect in person.
1. Browse & search
Look through new and used goods. Filter by category, condition, or sale, or search for something specific.
2. Reserve it
Sign in with your email (we send a one-tap link — no password) and add items to your cart. Signing in keeps things secure and lets you track your orders.
3. Pay your way
Pay online by card at checkout, or choose to pay with cash when you pick up. Used one-off items are reserved for you as soon as you order.
4. Pick it up
We'll email you when your order is ready. Collect it at our store any time during business hours — no appointment needed.

Make an offer
Some items accept offers — look for the “Make an offer” button on the product page. We'll email you when we accept, decline, or counter.
